List all the recipes achievable with extra virgin olive oil is an impossible mission. Too many are dishes that can be found exaltation in extra virgin olive oil. Suffice it to say that the list of recipes to try at least once in their life stretches every day. There are so many uses extra virgin olive oil that we receive from rural tradition, MODERNISED and updated by the greatest chefs of the moment: consider, for example, the classic bruschetta, nothing easier to prepare (and eat), bread, olive oil, garlic and tomato or even a simple but tasty tomato salad; just a little olive oil EVO can change the face of your dishes.
EVO oils may have very different flavors, more or less fruity, spicy, bitter, sweet. Noticeable with hints of grass, leaves, ripe fruit, almonds ...
In nature there are many varieties of olives, the "cultivar", from which you get extra virgin olive oils very different from each other.
